Radical Grace, Transforming Hope is the theme Michaela Youngson and Bala Gnanapragasam have taken as the President and Vice-President of the Methodist Conference in 2018/2019.

The Anuradhapura Cross on which the design of the postcards is based, is an ancient symbol of Christianity found in Sri Lanka, where Bala Gnanapragasam was born.
